Besides hanging out at an awesome pool, body surfing on the waves of a beautiful beach and taking a nap on high thread count sheets in the air conditioned room of a high class hotel…I love me some great food and the great places that serve it.

This page is for my restaurant recommendations. I’ll be honest and tell you up front that I’m not a food snob. For example, I could spend a week in New York City and never eat anything that didn’t come from a street cart and be the happiest man alive. At the same time, when funds allow, I love a place where the wine list is as thick as an encyclopedia and the maître d’ is there to sweep away every breadcrumb that I drop on the table. So my tastes can be bizarre to 5 star all rolled into one.
